Expanded Learning Supplemental Enrichment Providers Service

The Sacramento City Unified School District is seeking comprehensive expanded learning supplemental enrichment programs for elementary, middle school, and high school students during the 2026–2027 school year. The district aims to solve the need for engaging, high-quality enrichment opportunities that extend learning beyond the regular school day and support student development through hands-on, interactive experiences. These programs must align with the district's strategic goals and Expanded Learning Opportunity Program requirements. The scope of work covers delivering educational opportunities in STEM, robotics, coding, artificial intelligence, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, visual and performing arts, theater, digital media, career exploration, leadership development, makerspaces, and academic enrichment. Providers must manage administrative tasks including recruiting and enrolling youth, tracking attendance, and maintaining clear, consistent communication with parents and guardians. The performance of all contracted work will take place offsite. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. The district has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for cost proposals from interested bidders. All questions regarding this procurement must be submitted to the agency no later than June 22, 2026.
