The system must feature a citator service that verifies if cases are still good law, provides visual indicators of case treatment, and links to citing references. Additionally, the platform must support export and delivery options such as printing with batch delivery, downloading in multiple formats like PDF and Word, emailing, and saving documents to folders within the system. Bidders must act as the main service provider without utilizing subcontractors or third parties, and they must possess a minimum of three years of experience within the last five years providing this service. Eligibility is restricted to onshore entities located within the United States, and all work must be performed offsite. The agency is requesting proposals for a contract period of one year, and respondents may submit their responses digitally via email or through an online portal.
