Assessment, Benchmarking and Instructional Support Platform

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive assessment, benchmarking, and instructional support platform. This platform must solve the need for robust student performance tracking, predictive reporting, and data tools that support instructional decision-making. The system must also integrate with district instructional and student data systems as applicable. The requested scope of work covers teacher access to item banks, assessment creation tools, and teacher-developed formative and summative assessment capabilities. Additionally, the platform must deliver benchmark assessments designed to mirror the rigor and format of agency assessments, alongside personalized learning pathways and intervention resources for students. The selected provider must also supply teacher resources, instructional supports, remediation materials, and progress monitoring capabilities. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The agency requires all performance of the work to take place onsite. While the agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to define the cost, all clarifying questions regarding the procurement must be submitted no later than June 22, 2026.
