The scope of work requires billing and claims operations for LEA-BOP and the Multi-Payer Fee Schedule, including claim generation and scrubbing. The agency requires a robust, adaptable, and secure EHR platform for storing, accessing, and sharing behavioural health records to meet the evolving needs of school-based service providers. Additionally, the agency is requesting a full-service third-party billing solution that streamlines the reimbursement process, maintains compliance with state and federal regulations, and optimizes financial outcomes for the agency.
