Learning Management System

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a Software as a Service learning management system to organize training materials and plans for its district integrated financial system oracle cloud-based systems, which include enterprise performance management and enterprise resource planning. The system will allow the agency to build training programs internally, import training programs, and house mandatory training programs that users must complete to perform their jobs and gain system access. The scope of work covers project management services to design, configure, validate, and transition the software within an agreed timeline, as well as ongoing technical managed service support after the system goes live. The selected contractor must configure the system to allow the agency to import existing courses, update those courses, and create and publish new courses. Eligibility is limited to onshore United States organizations, and the performance of all work will take place offsite. Bidders must submit proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to establish budget parameters. The contract period will run for one year.
