Medicaid Administrative Claiming Support Service

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide technical, administrative, and operational support for its Medicaid administrative claiming program. The selected partner must operate and maintain a federally compliant, secure, web-based random moment sampling system that is accessible through standard internet browsers without requiring software installation on state-owned devices. Additionally, the agency requires support for claim development and calculation activities, training and technical assistance for participating agencies, and assistance in preparing quarterly Medicaid administrative claims. The scope of work covers reviewing and documenting the methodology used to develop quarterly claims, as well as calculating these claims using approved methodologies and cost allocation procedures. The agency also requires the development of statewide and agency-specific reports summarizing sampling participation, coding results, response rates, and claiming outcomes. All performance of the work will occur offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget, and the resulting contract period will run for two years.
