Wellness Portal

The City of Corpus Christi is seeking a fully customizable wellness portal for the exclusive use of city employees, retirees covered under the municipal medical plan, and their covered dependents. The agency requires a platform where the employer can directly make updates and changes, with bidders detailing exactly which elements of the site are customizable. To educate and engage users, the portal must support the upload of videos, webinars, and articles, while also providing pre-existing content for immediate use. The system must track physical activity, including steps and minutes, as well as program participation and biometric results. The agency requires the portal to keep members actively engaged through periodic behavior change campaigns and challenges. All work must be performed offsite at the vendor's own office location, and eligibility is strictly limited to organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Bidders must submit any questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 19, 2026. Evaluation will be based on the proposals submitted, specifically looking at the customization capabilities, content delivery features, and tracking functionalities of the proposed portal.
