Stage Audio System Replacement Services

The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority in Reno, Nevada is seeking a qualified vendor to provide stage audio system replacement services. The agency needs to modernize its stage audio and visual infrastructure to resolve issues with outdated equipment and improve overall presentation capabilities. The scope of work covers the delivery and installation of a network equipment cabinet, a two-channel wire old raceway, a POE+ network AV switch, a digital signal processor, and a touch control panel. The project also requires an FM assisted listening system, a four-channel wireless microphone receiver with wireless microphones, a wired microphone with a cable and stand, and AV-over-IP encoders and decoders. Additionally, the selected contractor must provide a ceiling-mounted laser projector with supports, a wall-mounted manual projection screen with supports, a dual XLR input plate, and a three-gang flush wall box with a three-gang decora plate. The agency is performing this work offsite, and only United States organizations are eligible to bid. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project and will accept digital submissions via email or online.
