Azure Virtual Desktop Services

The Office of Unified Communications in Washington, DC, is seeking a vendor to configure a Nerdio solution for Azure Virtual Desktop deployment within the agency's Azure subscription. The agency needs to align this deployment with Nerdio best practices and the Office of the Chief Technology Officer enterprise infrastructure and security guidelines. This project aims to establish a secure, well-architected virtual desktop environment supported by clear documentation and trained personnel. The scope of work requires the vendor to deliver an architecture diagram of the deployed Azure Virtual Desktop environment. The vendor must perform testing and validation of the deployment from the Nerdio solution within the Azure subscription. Additionally, the vendor must provide training for agency staff to enable them to provision additional Azure Virtual Desktop resources using the Nerdio solution. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations. The agency requires all performance of the work to take place offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed specific evaluation criteria or key dates in the initial solicitation.
