Professional Surveyor Services

The City of Dayton, Ohio, is seeking a professional surveyor to support a local infrastructure project. The agency requires the consultant to establish and document the existing right-of-way, resolving any boundary issues through necessary field surveys. While the city will provide the initial topographic survey, the selected vendor must perform evidence recovery and any additional survey work required to establish the right-of-way. The scope of work includes preparing a centerline plat of survey and developing right-of-way plans with detailed property descriptions to state standards. The consultant must also prepare a complete plat of survey for the entire length of the project and record it with the county. All performance of the contract work will occur offsite.
