Aerial Helicopter Survey Services

The Palm Beach County Environmental Resources Management Department is seeking aerial helicopter survey services to assess manatee populations and manatee protection efforts within county boundaries. The agency requires these surveys to collect critical data along the intracoastal waterway, ocean inlets, and adjacent canals. The selected contractor must provide all necessary aircraft, manpower, equipment, fuel, flight fees, supplies, and incidental expenses to execute the flights. The agency prefers a Robinson R44 helicopter, or an equivalent or better aircraft, capable of transporting up to three passengers. All performance of the work will take place offsite in Palm Beach, Florida. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency is currently looking for proposals and has not disclosed a specific budget. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 24, 2026.
