Park Concession Services

The City of Tempe, Arizona, is seeking a vendor to provide park concession services at a local park and one boat dock for mooring rental boats. The agency needs a partner to manage daily concession operations while taking full responsibility for the maintenance and upkeep of the facilities. This scope includes maintaining the mechanical heating and cooling equipment, roofs, exteriors, hot water heaters, and the electrical and plumbing fixtures that supply water and power to the concessions. The selected vendor must also clean and maintain the restrooms attached to the concession facilities, repair and maintain the boat docks, and provide exterior pest control.
