Commercial Janitorial Services

The Boynton Beach, Florida government authority is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive commercial janitorial services for its facility. The agency requires a contractor to resolve the ongoing need for daily cleaning, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting, trash and recyclable removal, and deodorizing. Additionally, the agency needs a solution for refilling soap, toilet tissue, and paper towel dispensers, as well as disinfecting high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, countertops, and water fountains. The scope of work covers daily janitorial services, monthly and as-needed deep cleaning, as-needed electrostatic spray disinfecting, and spot treating area rugs to remove deep dirt. The selected vendor must provide all of their own cleaning supplies, including cleaners, vacuums, mops, buckets, and disinfectants, while the agency will supply trash liners, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States, and all contracted work must be performed onsite at the Boynton Beach facility. The agency is looking for cost proposals to establish the budget for these services. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 16, 2026.
