The City of Pearland, Texas is seeking a vendor to provide custodial services at city facilities and special event cleaning services at city rental facilities. The agency requires all bidders to adhere to a minimum staffing level of one custodial personnel per nineteen thousand gross square feet of building space. City personnel will inspect and monitor all work performance to ensure standards are met. The scope of work requires the vendor to provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. Required items include all-purpose cleaners, disinfectants, deodorizers, stainless steel cleaner, oven cleaner, window cleaner, dust mop treatment, and floor wax with a minimum of twenty percent solids.
