The government authority located in Alabama is seeking a vendor to provide professional janitorial services. The agency needs these services performed each weeknight, Monday through Friday, beginning at 3:00 p.m. and completing no later than 12:00 midnight. The goal is to maintain a clean, sanitary, and orderly environment within the authority's facilities. The scope of work requires emptying and cleaning all wastebaskets, replacing liners, and wiping down splash marks on or around the wastebaskets. All wastepaper and trash must be placed into the trash can or dumpster in the main disposal area. Additionally, the selected vendor must clean, disinfect with a germicidal detergent solution, and polish all drinking fountains. The agency requires the supply closets to be kept clean and neat at all times. Microwave ovens must be wiped clean and sanitized both inside and out. The project also covers cleaning and sanitizing all horizontal surfaces, including tabletops, counters, desks, and cabinets, within the lobby, kitchen, breakrooms, offices, conference rooms, and group rooms. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of the work must take place onsite at the Alabama facility.
