High Dusting and Elevated Surface Cleaning Services

The City of Livonia, Michigan is seeking a qualified contractor to perform high dusting and elevated surface cleaning services at a local government facility. The agency needs to remove accumulated dust, debris, cobwebs, and particulate matter from elevated and difficult-to-access surfaces to maintain a clean and safe environment. The project covers designated areas within the facility, specifically focusing on the Lobby, Fitness Area, and Gymnasium spaces. The scope of work requires the cleaning of exposed structural elements, HVAC ductwork, supply and return diffusers, structural steel, and ceiling beams. The selected contractor must also clean exposed piping, conduit, sprinkler piping, cable trays, overhead signage, scoreboards, speakers, suspended equipment, elevated shelving, and elevated wall surfaces. Additional items requiring cleaning include exterior surfaces of lighting housings, divider curtain housings, basketball support structures, and other elevated surfaces identified during the mandatory site visit. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States of America. While the physical cleaning occurs at the designated facility in Livonia, the agency classifies the performance of the work as offsite from the contractor's perspective. The agency is looking for budget proposals to determine the cost of the project, and evaluation criteria will be based on these submissions.
