Full Intercom System

A government authority located in Georgia is seeking a vendor to provide a full intercom system for a middle school and an elementary school. The agency needs a solution that provides two-way communication between individual classrooms and administration and office staff via a dedicated answering station and administration desk phones. The requested system must also feature single and multi-zone paging for announcements and bells, custom configuration of bell schedules, and clocks with textual displays. The system must have the ability to integrate with third-party devices without limitations to the third party's hardware and software. The agency requires all intercom network CAT 6 wires to be in an orange jacket to distinguish them from other network wires. Connection to the county's IP phones will be coordinated through the technology department, and the vendor must provide access with default passwords. Eligible bidders must be onshore USA organizations only. The agency allows the performance of the work to be offsite. Bidders may submit responses digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget.
