LinkedIn Online Learning Platform

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide the LinkedIn Learning for Government: Learning Enterprise Program and integrate it with the SuccessFactors Learning Management System. This integration aims to solve the problem of limited training opportunities by providing access to over 25,000 courses for developing business, creative, and technology skills. The agency requires this comprehensive learning platform to gain insights that guide, develop, connect, and measure skills to support business priorities, improve talent retention, and enable personalized career development. The scope of work covers configuring and enabling the SuccessFactors LMS integration to support API-based content delivery and completion tracking. The selected vendor must provide comprehensive technical support for the integration, including initial data mapping, troubleshooting, and ongoing support for both the integration and the LinkedIn Learning platform for the life of the contract. The platform must enable user access to over 24,000 courses, more than 700 pre-built Learning Paths, certification practice exams in IT and project management, continuing education unit opportunities, and specialized content in cybersecurity, leadership, Microsoft 365, and management. Eligible bidders must perform all work offsite and within the United States. The agency is requesting proposals to determine the budget for this project. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or online for a contract period lasting one year.
