Assessment, Benchmarking and Instructional Support Platform

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive assessment, benchmarking, and instructional support platform. This platform must solve the need for robust student performance tracking and data-driven instructional decision-making. The requested solution must offer teacher access to item banks, assessment creation tools, and capabilities for teacher-developed formative and summative assessments. The scope of work covers predictive reporting, data tools, and benchmark assessments designed to mirror the rigor and format of agency assessments. The platform must also deliver personalized learning pathways, student intervention resources, teacher instructional supports, remediation materials, and progress monitoring capabilities. Additionally, the system must integrate with district instructional and student data systems as applicable. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The selected vendor must perform all work onsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project.
