Learning Management System

The district is seeking a SaaS-based learning management system to organize training materials and training plans related to its Oracle cloud-based integrated financial system, which includes enterprise performance management and enterprise resource planning. The system must allow the district to build training programs internally, import existing courses, and house mandatory training programs that users must complete to perform their daily job requirements and gain system access. The selected contractor must provide implementation services, including project management to design, configure, validate, and transition the software within an agreed timeline. The contractor must supply ongoing technical experience and managed service support after the system goes live and management responsibilities transition to the district. The system must also provide the capability for the district to update existing courses and create and publish new courses. Bidders must be onshore United States organizations to be eligible for this opportunity. Performance of the work will take place offsite, and bidders can submit their responses digitally via email or online. The district is looking for proposals to establish a contract period of one year. Bidders must submit all questions no later than June 18, 2026.
