Broadband Internet Connectivity Service

The government authority in Ontario is seeking a vendor to supply, install, and provide ongoing support for broadband internet connectivity services at various locations. The agency needs to solve the problem of limited connectivity by securing unlimited data usage with no bandwidth caps, usage restrictions, or traffic throttling. This project requires a minimum bandwidth of 1 Gbps to all identified Secondary School locations, unless the Board approves otherwise. The scope of work covers the provision of twenty-four-seven technical support for service-affecting incidents. The requested service must support agency-managed cybersecurity controls and must not interfere with the existing security architecture, including DNS filtering, VPN technologies, cloud security services, or other Board-managed security controls. Performance of all work must take place onsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore Canadian organizations only. Bidders must submit any questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 18, 2026. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and allows digital response submissions via email or online.
