Full Intercom System

A government authority located in Georgia is seeking a vendor to provide a full intercom system for a middle school and an elementary school. The agency needs a solution that establishes two-way communication between individual classrooms and administrative or office staff via a dedicated answering station and administration desk phones. Additionally, the system must support single and multi-zone paging for announcements and bells, custom configuration of bell schedules, and clocks with textual displays. The requested system must integrate with third-party devices without limitations regarding the third party's hardware and software. The agency requires all intercom network wires to be CAT 6 cabling with an orange jacket to distinguish them from other network wiring. Connection to the county's IP phones will be coordinated through the technology department, and the vendor must provide access with default passwords. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The performance of the work will take place offsite.
