Professional Surveyor Services

The City of Dayton, Ohio, is seeking a professional surveyor to support a local infrastructure project. The agency requires the consultant to establish and document the project's right-of-way boundaries. To resolve these boundaries, the selected surveyor must conduct evidence recovery of the existing right-of-way and perform any necessary additional field surveys. The scope of work includes preparing a centerline plat of survey and right-of-way plans with property descriptions to state standards. The agency will provide the consultant with the initial topographic survey to assist in this work. The surveyor must prepare a final plat of survey for the entire length of the project and record it with the county. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency will allow the selected vendor to perform the work offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 23, 2026.
