Carpet, Rug and Upholstery Cleaning for Public Library Services

The Omaha Public Library system in Nevada requires professional carpet, rug, and upholstery cleaning services to maintain a clean and sanitary environment for library patrons and staff. The agency needs qualified, properly trained, and experienced technicians who can perform these services according to industry standards, best practices, and manufacturer warranty requirements for facility finishes. This initiative aims to solve the problem of ongoing wear and soil accumulation on library textiles across various facilities. The scope of work covers both maintenance and restorative cleaning services. Maintenance carpet cleaning will occur on an as-requested basis and may target entire facilities or only specified areas. Restorative deep cleaning services will take place on a scheduled basis at various facilities or upon specific request by the agency. All work must be performed offsite at the service provider's own office premises. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States.
