High Dusting and Elevated Surface Cleaning Services

The City of Livonia, Michigan, is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive high dusting and elevated surface cleaning services for its municipal facility. The agency needs to eliminate accumulated dust, debris, cobwebs, and particulate matter from elevated, difficult-to-access surfaces to maintain a clean and healthy indoor environment. The project targets specific designated areas within the facility, specifically the lobby, fitness area, and gymnasium. The scope of work covers the thorough cleaning of exposed structural elements, HVAC ductwork, supply and return diffusers, and structural steel. The selected contractor must also clean ceiling beams, exposed piping, conduit, sprinkler piping, cable trays, overhead signage, scoreboards, and speakers. Additional surfaces requiring cleaning include suspended equipment, elevated shelving, elevated wall surfaces, exterior surfaces of lighting housings, divider curtain housings, basketball support structures, and other elevated surfaces identified during the site visit. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of the work to be conducted offsite. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for cost proposals from interested bidders. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 18, 2026, which bidders must attend to remain eligible for the contract award.
