Stage Audio System Replacement Services

The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority in Reno, Nevada is seeking a qualified vendor to provide stage audio system replacement services. The agency needs to modernize its existing stage setup by replacing outdated components with a fully integrated audio and visual system. This project aims to resolve reliability and performance issues with the current stage equipment by installing modern, high-quality audio and projection technologies. The scope of work covers the procurement and installation of a network equipment cabinet, a two-channel wire old raceway, and a POE+ network AV switch. The agency also requires a digital signal processor, a touch control panel, an FM assisted listening system, and a four-channel wireless microphone receiver with wireless microphones. Additional requested equipment includes a wired microphone with a cable and stand, AV-over-IP encoders and decoders, a ceiling-mounted laser projector with supports, a wall-mounted manual projection screen with supports, a dual XLR input plate, and a three-gang flush wall box with a three-gang decora plate. Eligibility is restricted to onshore United States organizations only. The agency permits the performance of the work to take place offsite.
