RFI for Airside Ramp Snow Removal Services

The Alaska-based government authority is seeking information to secure airside ramp snow removal services. The authority requires a vendor to provide all equipment, operators, supervision, fuel, maintenance, and necessary resources to perform snow removal operations on designated airside ramp areas. This initiative aims to solve the challenge of maintaining clear and safe airfield ramps during winter weather events. The scope of work covers snow plowing and snow relocation within designated ramp areas, as well as supporting airport snow removal operations during winter weather events. The selected provider must mobilize upon request by airport personnel and comply with all airport safety, security, and operational requirements. Additionally, the work requires close coordination with Airport Operations and Airfield Maintenance personnel. Eligibility is restricted to onshore, United States organizations only. The performance of the work will take place offsite at the authority's Alaska location. The authority is requesting proposals to determine the budget and will establish a contract period of one year.
