The Township of Vernon, New Jersey is seeking a qualified Audio Visual system integrator to deliver a complete, turnkey Council Chambers and Courtroom Audio Visual System. The agency needs this system to support Township Council meetings, municipal court proceedings, public hearings, and hybrid in-person and remote participation. The solution must facilitate audio and video recording, live streaming, presentation displays, public address functions, and comprehensive meeting management and control. The scope of work requires the selected provider to perform system design verification, equipment procurement, and equipment installation. The provider must also handle cabling infrastructure, programming, system configuration, testing, commissioning, user training, documentation, and warranty services.
