Website Development Hosting, Migration, Support and Maintenance Services using Drupal CMS

The College is seeking website development hosting, migration, support, and maintenance services for its enterprise-level, Drupal-based website. The agency needs to solve the challenge of handling and scaling the website during traffic spikes caused by large-format events streaming or running on the platform. To address these needs, the agency requires servers running on a Linux environment with either Apache or Nginx web servers. The scope of work includes providing automatic daily backups of the website code, files, and database in all environments to tar.gz or zip files, which must remain available for at least thirty days for disaster recovery. The selected vendor must deliver twenty-four-seven customer service support to resolve user errors in real time and provide a secure shell environment for Drupal core and module updates via drush. The requested platform must support code changes through file transfer protocol, secure file transfer protocol, Git, and composer. Additionally, the agency requires support for code-related issues to assist in identifying problems, proposing resolutions, and applying code changes to fix bugs and errors. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States of America. The agency requires all performance of the work to take place offsite.
