The issuing agency in Zimbabwe is seeking a vendor to redesign, develop, implement, host, secure, and maintain its institutional website using a Content Management System. The agency aims to transform its current site into a modern, responsive, secure, AI-enabled, and stakeholder-centric knowledge platform. This new platform must strengthen institutional visibility, enhance user experience, improve accessibility to agency knowledge products, and support future digital growth. The scope of work covers user interface and user experience enhancement, customer journey mapping, navigation optimization, and CMS review and implementation. The selected vendor must also handle security enhancements, hosting review, content restructuring, content migration, search engine optimization, and mobile responsiveness. Additional requirements include integrating online forms, registration systems, analytics, dashboard reporting, an AI-enabled chatbot, a publications repository, multimedia, social media, WhatsApp, interactive FAQs, and language translation. The final solution must deliver a responsive design, secure hosting with SSL implementation, role-based administrative access, backup and disaster recovery mechanisms, and performance optimization. The agency also requires staff training, knowledge transfer, and post-launch support and maintenance.
