Marketing Agency of Record Services

The issuing agency is seeking a marketing agency of record to provide ongoing and strategic marketing support services that enhance and supplement internal staff capacity. The agency needs assistance across a variety of functions, including social media support with high-quality reels and graphics on an as-needed basis. The scope of work also covers designing marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and tourism swag items, as well as creating the annual report. The selected vendor must provide programmatic management for two Restaurant Weeks and two Small Business Month initiatives. This management includes strategy outreach, engagement, content creation, marketing, advertising, photography, video production, influencer engagement, and website management. The agency is also requesting strategic reviews of these programs, event photography and videography for up to two events per month, and ongoing management and alignment support for multiple existing websites. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The chosen vendor must perform all work offsite at their own office location. The agency is looking for budget proposals to determine the cost of these services, and all questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than June 10, 2026.
