Tennis Court Management and Program Services

The City of Newton, Maryland is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive tennis court management and program services. The agency needs to establish a high-quality, city-wide tennis lesson program that includes group, private, and semi-private lessons for beginner, intermediate, advanced, competitive, and conditioning levels. To solve its operational needs, the agency requires the selected partner to set up and maintain a qualified, stable tennis teaching staff to ensure program consistency. The scope of work covers administrative and promotional duties including advertising, registration, and accounting of receipts and deposits. The selected provider must maintain a dedicated website to share real-time information on class availability and cancellations. Additionally, the service provider must establish tennis leagues for youth, women, seniors, men, and mixed doubles, offer various clinics, and respond to all customer inquiries via email or phone within twenty-four hours. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency allows the administrative and management portions of the work to be performed offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through the designated online portal. The agency has not disclosed a set budget and is looking for bidders to propose pricing within their submissions.
