QuickBooks Pro Technical Assistance Service

The Alaska-based government authority in Juneau is seeking a vendor to provide QuickBooks Pro technical assistance services for rural sanitation utility and agency staff. The agency needs to solve accounting system issues related to customer billing, accounts receivables, payroll liabilities, cash receipting, and financial report exporting to Excel. The scope of work covers telephone and electronic support, remote access software, a dedicated phone line with voicemail, and three-day on-site technical assistance and training trips lasting six hours per day.
