The agency is seeking modern, web-accessible mission planning tool software to support tactical mission planning, electromagnetic spectrum management, and modeling. The requested software platform must provide 2D and 3D coverage and viewshed visualization, allowing users to compare alternative plans. The system must be web-based and accessible from government or civilian computers using a token login, backed by available contractor support. The software must include a built-in sensor and effector catalog containing current and commercial options with editable parameters such as transmission and reception bands, power, elevation, antenna pattern, orientation, and sensitivity. The tool must also allow users to create custom sensors and manage area of interest and defended zone tools directly on the map, including drawing zones, standoff rings, and constraints.
