Community Navigator Positions Services

The City of Chelsea, Massachusetts is seeking a vendor to provide community navigator positions services. The agency is implementing the Community Navigators Program to establish and secure relationship-based linkages to a continuum of care for individuals with a substance use disorder. This program aims to guide individuals to necessary services and resources to support their recovery and well-being. The scope of work covers participant engagement and enrollment, family support networks, general services, and recovery support. The selected vendor must also provide harm reduction services, treatment referrals, and transportation for individuals to treatment and other services. The agency requires all performance of the work to be conducted offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and will award a contract for a three-year period.
