The District of Columbia Child Support Services Division is seeking a United States-based vendor to provide comprehensive IT support services for its child support enforcement system. The agency requires an evaluation of the current system architecture, including its major components, technologies, interfaces, hosting environments, and ancillary components. Through this evaluation, the agency aims to assess the complexity of modernizing the system and to identify specific opportunities for system transfer, component reuse, interface modernization, phased implementation, or incremental modernization strategies. The existing system operates on the Microsoft Server 2022 Standard Edition platform. The infrastructure maintains a near real-time clone by replicating the production server and its active production drives to an identical server using hourly checkpoints. The selected vendor will perform all requested work offsite. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. Bidders must submit any questions regarding this procurement no later than June 15, 2026.
