Integrated Employee Badge Management Solution

The agency is seeking a comprehensive, agency-wide integrated employee badge management solution. The project addresses the need for credential production, system compatibility verification, reader flashing, and the delivery of finished badges for distribution across the organization. The agency requires software lifecycle management and models showing current and future product development, including acquisitions recently completed or in process. The requested scope of work covers a solution that operates on current iOS and Android smartphone platforms without interrupting normal operations while safeguarding sensitive data stored locally on the devices. The selected vendor must provide production and training/test environments, complete installation, operating, and system maintenance documentation, and upgrades to accommodate changes in laws, regulations, best practices, and new technology. The system must remain available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The agency requires immediate notification by the fastest means available and in writing within 24 hours of any discovered or suspected data breach, detailing the nature of the breach, the data accessed, and the persons involved. The vendor must also provide daily updates regarding findings and actions performed until any breach is resolved. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations, and the performance of the work will take place offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project.
