RFI for Webinar Platform

The United States Access Board (USAB) is seeking information for a webinar platform that complies with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act to conduct approximately sixteen webinars annually. The agency needs a platform and technical support to accommodate both presenters and session participants with disabilities. The selected vendor must provide recommendations on the most recent accessibility methods and facilitate the web-based webinar software for the agency and its participants. The requested scope of work requires the vendor to host and maintain a website containing specific information for the public. This website must feature the participant registration process, webinar schedules with topics, dates, and times, and speaker names and biographies. Additionally, the website must provide details regarding available certificates and continuing education credits, along with the exact process for participants to obtain them. The agency requires the maintenance of an existing database containing past and present participant data for internal use only. The agency will use this participant data to promote upcoming webinar sessions and to remind participants to submit questions in advance of scheduled events. All work must be performed offsite at the vendor's own office location. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States.
