The agency is seeking a Software as a Service data analytics platform to connect and fully function on government-issued iOS and Android mobile devices. This platform must enhance management capabilities to assess and monitor operational activities, support components, and resources in real time. The goal is to enable the public safety and law enforcement community to make fully informed decisions and instantly respond to dynamic public safety situations. The requested scope of work covers adaptive maintenance, including minor configuration changes to accommodate browser updates or mobile operating system updates. The platform must integrate a wide range of information technology products and services, including the agency's case management system, supporting applications, networking, and telecommunications. Additionally, the provider must deliver management of operational technologies, software engineering, web technology, helpdesk support, desktop support, and information assurance and security. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States to meet eligibility requirements. The agency has set aside this procurement entirely for small businesses. Performance of all contracted work will take place offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to establish budget and pricing details. The resulting contract period will span three years.
