Right Click Tools Enterprise Licensing Support and Software

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide Right Click Tools Enterprise licensing, support, and software. The required software must enable comprehensive device management, including client actions like policy refresh, hardware and software inventory, application evaluation, remote cache and state cleanup, and triggered reboots, shutdowns, and wake-on-LAN. The agency also requires remote support capabilities, such as launching remote control, remote desktop protocol, console access, and integrated remote session tools. The scope of work covers compliance and security features, specifically BitLocker recovery key retrieval and BitLocker status reporting. The software must facilitate software and process management, allowing the agency to install and uninstall software remotely, run scripts and commands on demand, and access system information and troubleshooting. Additionally, the solution must include Active Directory and user tools, automation and workflow capabilities, and reporting and auditing functions. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or through the online portal, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
