RFI for Cloud-Based Marine Corps Food Management Information System

The United States Marine Corps is seeking information from industry leaders on their capabilities to provide a Commercial-Off-The-Shelf based food service management solution. The agency needs a cloud-based system to replace its legacy system and modernize its food management operations. This future system must integrate with multiple Department of Defense systems, support Single Sign-On, and leverage Business Intelligence and Artificial Intelligence to turn vast amounts of data into actionable insights for strategic and operational decision-making. The scope of work requires a cashless and paperless system that uses Common Access Card scanning for patron verification, headcount, and meal entitlement, with both check-in and check-out configurations. The requested platform must be cloud-based with full offline functionality and must comply with Department of Defense security standards, including the Risk Management Framework. Additionally, the agency requires robust data warehousing, data migration capabilities from the legacy system, and a Business Intelligence and Artificial Intelligence module for advanced reporting and dashboards. Eligible respondents must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency expects the performance of the work to occur offsite.
