iBoss Web Content Filtering Licensing, Support, and Hardware Services

The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to provide iBoss web content filtering licensing, support, and hardware services. The agency requires a hybrid environment featuring a device agent and an on-premises physical filtering appliance to enable in-depth traffic analysis beyond standard domain name system filtering. This solution must support selective decryption of specific domains, advanced selective decryption controls for YouTube and various Google services, and binding with Active Directory. The scope of work covers social media controls for platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Google, Pinterest UDP traffic, LinkedIn, and Snapchat. The requested system must enforce mobile device filtering on Windows laptops and tablets, iPads, Android devices, and Chromebooks while ensuring that devices using the agent are proxied to always display a known range of external IP addresses. Additionally, the agency requires full bandwidth control and throttling, granular reporting and forensics with real-time alerts and lock-outs, flexible reports formatted for non-technical users, and a threat and event module covering malware, spyware, intrusion detection and prevention, and data loss prevention. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations. The agency will allow the selected vendor to perform all work offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget. The contract period will run for three years.
