GIS Consulting Services

The McHenry County government authority in Woodstock, Illinois is seeking professional GIS consulting services to support its GIS Department. The agency needs ongoing assistance to manage and deploy enterprise geodatabases and GIS applications across various county departments. The project covers a two-year period beginning in December of fiscal year 2026-27, although the initial contract period will run for one year. Additionally, the selected partner must provide ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Portal support, network administration, and ongoing transfer of knowledge, training, and documentation. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency expects the performance of all contracted work to occur offsite.
