IBM SoftwareXcel Enterprise Edition Support Service

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide IBM SoftwareXcel Enterprise Edition Support Service for a contract period of one year. This service must enable the agency to electronically search IBM's database of problems, download fixes directly from IBM, and submit defects and problems to IBM. The requested system must also allow the agency to escalate problems to a severe level with IBM, perform online status checks of submitted problems, receive notifications of alerts and errors, and submit questions for clarification to IBM. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based exclusively in the United States. The agency requires all performance of the work to be conducted offsite. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is currently looking for proposals to determine the cost.
