Cloud Hosted Webcasting Services

The Development Board is seeking cloud-hosted webcasting and archival services to provide live internet video broadcasting of designated public hearings and meetings. The agency needs to solve the problem of ensuring continuous public availability, ease of access, and long-term retention of meeting records. This platform must allow remote users to view meetings in real-time from computers or mobile devices and access archived broadcasts at a future time. The scope of work requires hosting both live and archived broadcasts on a dedicated website provided by the contractor. The agency requires video clips of each individual agenda item to be available for viewing within forty-eight hours of the meeting ending. Performance of all requested work will occur offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States of America. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to define the cost.
