RFI for Electronic Health Record System

The agency is seeking information on a cloud-based electronic health record system to improve its clinical and administrative operations. This system must include software, secure data storage, implementation services, training, ongoing support, and maintenance. The primary objectives for this new system are to enhance referrals and care coordination, establish a client portal, automate workflows, and provide documentation templates. Additionally, the system must support messaging and communications, advanced analytics and dashboards, scheduling and appointments, and billing and revenue management. Eligible respondents must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite. Interested parties may submit their responses digitally via email or through an online portal. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed a specific funding limit.
