Cross Curricular Digital Platform

The agency is seeking an adaptive, cross-curricular digital platform that provides the same authentic text in multiple Lexile levels in both English and Spanish, starting at the second-grade Lexile range. This platform must deliver paired texts aligned to topics for debate, discussion, and research, allowing students to synthesize information and draw conclusions from multiple interdisciplinary texts. The system must also provide informational texts in a blended learning environment that can be leveled to facilitate peer interaction regarding the content. The platform must provide teachers with data to enable personalized instruction and skills practice tailored to each student, with the ability to personalize content for individual instructional needs. The agency requires the system to archive data and keep it accessible for future analysis, including year-over-year improvement tracking. Additionally, the selected provider must deliver professional development that meets the needs of all users to ensure successful implementation. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. Performance of the work may occur onsite or offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to establish a contract period of one year. Bidders must submit all questions no later than June 22, 2026.
