Hills Digital Sign Design, Fabricate and Installing Services

The City of Hills is seeking a vendor to design, fabricate, and install a new digital, programmable sign to replace an existing standard static sign. The agency needs this new sign to communicate city announcements, events, and community information effectively. The project requires replacing the current structure with a digital sign featuring three monitors facing different directions. The new display screens must clearly show text, graphics, animations, and photos in a full color range. The agency requires the display to remain clearly visible and readable twenty-four hours per day in most weather conditions, including bright sunlight. The system must support static, flashing, alternating, and sequencing messages, as well as a time of day clock, calendar, temperature display, and advanced message scheduling up to three months. Proposers must provide all necessary supplies, equipment, and craftsmanship to meet these technical specifications. The agency is limiting eligibility to onshore United States organizations only. Work performance will take place offsite, and bidders can submit their proposals digitally via email or online. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget for this project.
