Campus Security Camera Installation Service

The government authority located in Reno, Nevada is seeking a vendor to provide a complete, fully operational, network-based video surveillance system. The agency is attempting to secure its campus by replacing or upgrading its security infrastructure with a fully functional and integrated system. The project covers all labor, supervision, project management, materials, equipment, software, programming, licenses, training, commissioning, documentation, testing, and incidentals. The scope of work requires the installation of new surveillance cameras, mounts, housings, brackets, backboxes, enclosures, network cabling, patching, terminations, power supplies, PoE switches, surge protection, and labeling. The selected vendor must also configure, license, test, and commission the specified video management software platform, including all necessary server, storage, gateway, and middleware components. Additionally, the agency requires complete programming, network setup, user permissions, camera naming, map setup, recording schedules, owner training, and closeout documentation. Eligible bidders must perform all work onsite and must be located onshore within the United States. The agency is requesting proposals to determine the budget and will award a contract for a one-year period. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 18, 2026.
