Facility Security Enhancements Service

An eligible non-profit organization located in Reading, Pennsylvania, is seeking a vendor to provide facility security enhancements. The agency needs to secure its premises through the installation of physical barriers and electronic communication systems. The project covers the delivery and installation of impact-resistant doors and gates, a video intercom system, and a public address system. For the physical security portion, the agency requires new door assemblies, including doors, frames, hardware, and all accessories, installed at seven specific openings. The electronic scope includes furnishing, installing, programming, and commissioning a complete IP video intercom system with three video door stations, one master station, door release integration, power, and network connectivity. Additionally, the agency requires a complete single-zone, all-call public address and emergency announcement system featuring head-end equipment, approximately eight speaker assemblies, approximately four paging horns, and all necessary wiring and infrastructure. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The selected contractor must perform all work onsite at the Reading, Pennsylvania facility. The contract period will run for one year. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the project budget.
